ULTIMATE MARITIME GETAWAY - OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Ultimate Maritime Getaway Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the Maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island) who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, O.G. Ales Inc., O.G. Domes Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
2. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company Inc. (“Sponsor”), in partnership with O.G. Ales Inc. and O.G. Domes Inc. (together, the “Giveaway Partners”).
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on January 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Atlantic Time (AT) and ends on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM AT (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed on in-store signage at participating retail locations and complete the online entry form in full.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Giveaway Period. If more than one entry is submitted by the same person in a single day, all entries for that day will be void.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, or submitted using automated systems, scripts, or other fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Maritime Getaway Prize Package (the “Prize”), which includes:
• A two night getaway experience at the O.G. Domes Inc. - Hightower Chalet
• $500 Visa Gift Card.
• $200 Downtown Dollars Fredericton, NB
• Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company products and/or merchandise
OG HIGHTOWER CHALET – SPECIFIC TERMS
The Prize includes a stay at the OG Hightower Chalet under the following conditions:
• Must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
• Valid for up to four (4) adults or a family of four (4).
• Additional guest policies may be discussed directly with the winner at the time of booking.
• Booking is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Specific prize details will be communicated at the time of winner confirmation.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1700.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place during the first week of March 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. To be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must:
(a) respond within 48 hours of notification;
(b) correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question; and
(c) complete and return any required declaration and release forms.
If the selected entrant fails to comply, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.
8. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
As required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without assistance before being declared the winner.
9. USE OF NAME & LIKENESS
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and Giveaway Partners the right to use their name, city and province of residence, image, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Giveaway Partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that interferes with the proper conduct of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
12. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and Prize fulfillment, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law
13. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.
14. GOVERNING LAW
​The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
